I had my engagement ring repaired at this place. All 5 diamonds need to be tightened. All other jewelry places would take them 2-3 weeks to get it repaired especially during Christmas season. But they repaired it while I waited in the store! Best customer service I had in a while! Highly recommend this place! Would come back for any jewelry repair and jewelry needs!

No other store comes close when it comes to customer service, deals, prices and quality. Before this place I went to at least 30 jewelry places and and none come close. I just want to say what wonderful people here at the Goldmine....brought in my alex and ani tarnished bracelets to see if they can be saved....she took them in back, polished them up for me and did not charge me....she even gave me a polishing cloth and showed me how to care for them.....I could not believe how nice they came....they look like new again !! The workers are SO SO SO pleasant! I bought in some jewelry to see if they were interested in buying it, and though it didn't work out, the woman I was speaking to (wish I knew her name, she was great) still tried to help me find another business she thought could be of more help to me. I wasn't even a customer; and I was in there not even ten minutes, yet it was super refreshing to be met with such pleasantness. I looked around quickly while I was in there, and they had some gorgeous pieces, and it seems they have a wide price range so you could still get something beautiful without breaking the bank. Definitely planning on making that a destination next time I'm in the market!
